This article examines the functional performance and cardiovascular indices of young swimmers over the course of an annual training cycle, including preparation for competitions, and compares them across age groups. The article examines the Robinson, Ruffier, functional change, and adaptive potential indices, as well as pulse pressure, minute blood volume, total vascular resistance, cardiac output, and some anthropometric indicators.
