Annotatsiya

The results of thermal desorption surface ionization spectroscopy and GC/MS studies of synthetic cannabinoids, indole and indazole derivatives, confiscated in the form of powders and smoking mixtures on various plant matrices are presented. Thermal desorption profiles were obtained under air atmospheric pressure. The surface ionization and thermal desorption characteristics of the synthetic cannabinoid molecules, the detection limits and the effect of the plant matrix on the thermal desorption surface ionization spectra of smoking mixtures were determined. High ionization efficiencies of synthetic cannabinoids (up to 150 K/mol) were established, and the detection limits are from 0.5 pmol when analyzing extracts without preliminary chromatographic separation were received due to the high selectivity of the method. The characteristic of the maximums of sublimation temperatures Tmax of indole and indazole derivatives determined by thermal desorption spectra, and their sharp difference (60°C) make it easy to identify the class of synthetic cannabinoid in the analyzed sample.
