This article analyzes the essence of the institutional, organizational, legal, financial and pedagogical reforms implemented in the field of preschool educational organizations at the new stage of Uzbekistan's development. Particular attention is paid to the issues of raising preschool education to the level of state policy, introducing new mechanisms for managing the sector, developing public-private partnerships, expanding the network of non-governmental and family preschool educational organizations, increasing the coverage of children with preschool education, and updating the content of education. The importance of the "First Step" state curriculum, alternative forms of education, digitalization, advanced training of pedagogical personnel, an inclusive approach, healthy nutrition, and education quality assessment systems is also highlighted. The article presents scientific and practical conclusions on the social significance of the reforms implemented, existing problems and future tasks.
