Оптические и фотокаталитические свойства наноструктур TiO2, синтезированный гидротермальным методом

Annotatsiya

This study describes the morphological, optical, and photocatalytic properties of TiO2 nanostructures synthesized from FTO-coated glass plates. Studies have shown that TiO2 nanocrystals with diameters of 50-70 nm can be synthesized hydrothermally by hydrolysis of titaniumbutoxide in a solution of hexamethylenetetramine and acetylacetone in deionized water. Raman scattering and optical absorption spectra of the nanocrystals showed that they have a crystallographic phase of anatase. When studying the photocatalytic properties of TiO2 nanocrystals, it was found that as grown nanocrystals in an aqueous solution of the organic dye rhodamine B showed a photocatalytic efficiency of 49.6%, and nanocrystals annealed at 400°C for 1hour showed a photocatalytic efficiency of 73.3%.
