This article presents a compiled catalog of 408 galaxy groups. In the appentdix [1, 2] physicalparameters of 80 galaxy groups are provided as a sample. The number of galaxies in thegroups ranges from 5 to 30. Physical parameters of the groups such as right ascension, declination, luminosity, radial velocity, velocity dispersion, R magnitude, and B magnitude are provided. The empirical correlations between each parameter have been subjected to statisticalanalysis.
