This article describes the organizational and economic mechanism of attracting financial resources from the capital market to the corporate sector and its main features. The results of measures to develop the financial market of the country have also been announced. In addition, the institutional and organizational structure of the attraction of financial resources from the capital market to the corporate sector is shown. In addition, conclusions and proposals for the development of organizational and economic mechanism for attracting financial resources from the capital market to the corporate sector are developed.
