The creation of new jobs in our country today is recognized as one of the important indicators of our sustainable development. Of course, such an approach is correct and reasonable in the context of a complex demographic process. Because of the high and steady growth of employment, it should be noted that it is one of the key factors of social stability, which is an important component of sustainable development. Therefore, the increase in a number of measures in this direction in recent years is yielding positive results.
