A retrospective study of 29 children aged 3 months to 17 years treated from 2019 to 2025 was performed. Chest radiography and multislice computed tomography were used for diagnosis. Unilateral involvement was detected in 87% of cases, bilateral in 13%. Type II CCAM predominated. Surgical treatment was performed in 27 patients, mainly lobectomy. Emergency surgery was required in cases of intrathoracic tension syndrome. Conclusion. MSCT is the key diagnostic modality. Active surgical management provides favorable outcomes and prevents severe complications
