The article analyzes the role of the state land cadastre in improving the land management system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines issues related to the efficient use of land resources, ensuring the completeness, reliability, and currency of cadastral information, the digitalization of cadastral activities, the integration of government information systems, and the improvement of land-use monitoring and control. Particular attention is paid to the application of geographic information systems, remote sensing, satellite monitoring, and artificial intelligence technologies in land resource management. Based on the analysis, the article develops scientific and practical recommendations for further improving the digital infrastructure of the land cadastre, enhancing transparency in land relations, reducing the influence of the human factor, and increasing the efficiency of management decisions in the field of land use.
