This article analyzes the current state and prospects for the development of electronic public services in Uzbekistan. It examines the role of such services in improving the efficiency of public administration, simplifying service delivery, reducing time and financial costs, and enhancing transparency in the activities of public authorities. The article analyzes the development of Uzbekistan’s Single Portal of Interactive Public Services, mobile public services, interagency information exchange, and the transition to a new stage of digital government. It also addresses challenges related to the digital divide, information security, the integration of government information systems, and the digital literacy of the population. Based on international experience and current practices in Uzbekistan, the article proposes scientific and practical recommendations for the further improvement of electronic public services.
