This article examines theoretical issues of international military cooperation at various historical stages from a retrospective perspective. It also provides a comparative analysis of the views of foreign and national scholars on this subject. Based on the findings of the study, the author formulates conclusions and recommendations from the perspective of the national interests of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
