The article analyzes the criminal law elements of unlawful interference in the handling of inquiry, investigation, and court cases, as well as in the process of compulsory enforcement of judicial acts and acts of other bodies. It also outlines criteria for distinguishing criminal interference from lawful criticism, procedural supervision, falsification of evidence, and information technology offenses.
