This thesis analyzes the criminological characteristics of individuals who commit crimes against justice in the context of digitalization. It substantiates that the traditional socio-demographic, professional, and moral-psychological characteristics of an offender’s personality are supplemented by digital competence, access to information resources, the ability to manage electronic systems, and the ability to conceal digital traces.
