The article analyzes the methodology for using general developmental exercises in physical education lessons in primary grades. The study demonstrates the significance of general developmental exercises in improving students' physical fitness, forming a healthy lifestyle, and developing motor activity. Directions for the effective use of these exercises in lesson sessions have been developed.
