This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical mechanisms for developing the professional competence of chemistry teachers within the digital educational environment. In particular, based on a comprehensive approach, the problems of developing the pedagogical, information-communication, and methodological competencies of a teacher in the context of digitalizing the educational process have been examined.
