The article is devoted to the results of surveys conducted with language learners and teachers, who are directly involved in the educational process. The purpose was assessing the current state of the usage of infographics in ESL classes and its importance. The survey questions were specially developed for language learners and teachers, and conclusions were drawn based on the answers to MCQs and open-ended test questions. According to rthe data analysis, competence problems associated with the use of infographics in language learning and teaching were mainly recorded by teachers. Infographics help motivate language learners, make information more accurate, and better to remember (especially lexical units and grammatical structures). Hence, using infographics in English teaching has a direct and positive impact on learning. This idea is consistent with research findings that emphasize the effectiveness of the application of multimodal aids in learning and teaching foreign languages.
