This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the linguocultural characteristics of the concept of “labor” in the Uzbek language. It examines the etymology, semantic field, phraseological representation, word-formation system, and cultural context of the concept. Through comparative analysis, the article identifies the differences and specific linguocultural features of the concept of “labor” in the Uzbek language in relation to its equivalents in other languages.
