The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of linguoculturology and national-cultural codes in Uzbek poetry (A. Oripov, E. Vohidov, M. Yusuf). The literary text is examined as a cognitive field reflecting the national linguistic picture of the world, and the role of conceptual metaphors and their semantic features in expressing national identity is identified.
