In this article, the author analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence one of the most pressing topics of our time on the social sciences within the framework of cognitive science. It is well known that scientific and technological developments in the field of artificial intelligence are not only transforming science and education, but are also encompassing all areas and sectors related to human and social life. Under such conditions, the influence of artificial intelligence on the social and humanities sciences, its consequences, and emerging trends of expected change call on scholars in the field to engage in serious academic inquiry.
