This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the social significance of universal and national values in the context of rapid globalization and the development of information technologies. In particular, it highlights the role of such values as humanism, justice, tolerance, and mutual respect in ensuring social stability and development. The formation of a value system in the context of New Uzbekistan and its close relationship with socio-political, economic, and spiritual reforms are examined.
