Annotatsiya

The quadratic photoconductivity due to the electric field of a light wave is calculated for a multivalley semi-infinite semiconductor, which is caused by the scattering of current carriers on the surface. By the method of successive approximations the nonequilibrium electron distribution functions are determined that are linear and quadratic in the field.
