This article presents a stylistic analysis of gas industry terminology in the English language within the framework of scientific and technical discourse. The study focuses on key features of gas industry terms such as monosemanticity, stylistic neutrality, nominalization, and the use of passive constructions to ensure objectivity in scientific communication. In addition, the structural and semantic characteristics of terms, the stylistic function of abbreviations, and the process of terminologization of common vocabulary are examined through illustrative examples. The findings demonstrate that English gas industry terminology constitutes a stable and systematically organized layer of scientific and technical style. The article is of theoretical and practical value for researchers in terminology studies, scientific writing, and translation.
