This article analyzes the development of students’ technical competencies in preparing competitive personnel to meet modern labor-market requirements. The article also highlights innovative measures drawn from international experience, underscores the significance of a competency-based approach, and proposes mechanisms for effectively training specialists who satisfy labour-market needs.
