This article analyzes the contribution of the great Eastern physician Ibn Sina to medical terminology through his influence on the dissemination of medical knowledge, the formation of medical practices, and the development of scientific and cultural exchange. It provides detailed information about the contributions of Ibn Sina's works to science and their pivotal role in the development of medical terminology history. The study examines the translation process of Ibn Sina's works and their role in standardizing medical terminology, as well as in spreading medical knowledge across various regions and cultures. The article also highlights the processes that facilitated the formation of a unified medical lexicon and promoted consistency in scientific communication through these translations. The conclusion emphasizes the long-term impact of these translations on the development of world medical science. Additionally, the article presents promising research directions for studying the history of medical translation, as well as suggestions on the role of modern technologies in analyzing and interpreting historical medical texts.
