This article provides a comprehensive scientific analysis of the methodological foundations for monitoring compliance with labor legislation, the modern approaches used within the state labor supervision system, and the procedural forms of inspections. The study examines the risk-based supervision model, preventive and proactive control mechanisms, as well as the role of digital technologies and electronic monitoring systems in enhancing the effectiveness of labor regulation. Special attention is given to the procedural stages of inspections, including preparation, implementation, documentation of results, and the application of legal enforcement measures. The article also analyzes the institutional and legal framework of the state labor inspection and formulates scientific and practical conclusions aimed at improving the protection of labor rights under modern governance conditions.
