This article analyzes the administrative and legal nature of the institution of exemption from administrative liability on the grounds of reconciliation, the legal basis for its application, and the essence of its conditions. It also highlights the legal significance of reconciliation between the offender and the victim, the role of this institution in the prevention of offenses, and its importance in ensuring social justice and the rehabilitation of the individual. Based on national legislation and law enforcement practice, the article examines the conditions for exemption from administrative liability on the grounds of reconciliation, the procedure for its implementation, and existing problems, while putting forward proposals aimed at improving this institution.
