Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the specific aspects of the practice of exemption from administrative liability due to reconciliation, the legal framework for its application, and topical issues encountered in practice. Specifically, it examines the procedure for reaching a reconciliation between the offender and the victim, the conditions for applying this institute, and its significance in the prevention of offenses. Furthermore, it provides a scholarly and practical assessment of certain problems related to the application of the institute of reconciliation in the activities of courts and authorized bodies, the need to improve legislation, and the possibilities of utilizing foreign experience. The research findings indicate that the institute of reconciliation is of great importance in ensuring the principles of humanism, restoring social relations, and preventing administrative offenses.
