This article provides an analytical examination of the clear and consistent determination of a plan of measures for preventing and eliminating conflicts of interest in society. The article notes that conflicts of interest can be prevented while also countering the creation of conditions that may negatively affect economic stability through corrupt relations and lead to the misappropriation of state budget funds.
