This article shows the importance of the auxiliary verbs "كاد وأخواتها" in Arabic grammar. As a result of our research, it turned out that incomplete verbs "كاد وأخواتها" are little studied by many Russian and Uzbek Arabists. The aim of the study is to compare the similarities and differences between the groups of verbs "كاد وأخواتها" and "كان وأخواتها" in Arabic based on the original Arabic sources, and to explain the peculiarities of the verbs "كاد وأخواتها". This research work can be effective in teaching the Uzbek group of students studying Arabic the subject of the auxiliary verbs "كاد وأخواتها".
