This article explores the linguistic, cultural, and lexico-semantic features of the concept of "happiness" in the Uzbek and English languages. The study analyzes how the concept of happiness is formed in each culture and expressed through lexical and phraseological units. In the Uzbek language, happiness is associated with fate, destiny, and family values, while in English, happiness is more linked to personal success and inner contentment. The article also examines the metaphorical images of happiness, cultural differences, and linguistic approaches. The findings reveal how the concept of happiness is interpreted in both languages and its role in language and culture. This research can serve as a foundation for future studies in the fields of linguistics and cultural studies.
