This article analyzes the integration of rapidly developing virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies into the educational process, their pedagogical significance in mastering learning materials, and their role in improving the quality of education. Based on international experience and scientific research, the article highlights the differences between virtual technologies and traditional teaching methods, as well as their role in increasing students’ knowledge levels and reducing cognitive load.
