This scientific article provides a brief analysis of the significance and legal aspects of biomedical technologies, based on relevant examples from medical practice and the existing international legal framework in this field. The purpose of the article is to provide a scientifically grounded explanation of the importance of legal regulation of biomedical technologies, primarily as a normatively defined barrier against unpredictable actions by physicians and scientists, with the aim of achieving social justice and ensuring the comprehensive protection of human rights. The achievement of this purpose determines the main results of the study. The article concludes that law and legislation must develop proportionately to advances in medical science and biomedical technologies in order to prevent social stratification and other problems affecting the development of each individual.
