This article provides a scientific and analytical study of the current state of medical services provided by paramedical staff to the population of the Fergana Valley and the prospects for improving their quality. The study analyzes the professional competence of paramedical personnel, as well as the accessibility and effectiveness of medical care under conditions of regional demographic burden.
