This article illuminates modern pedagogical mechanisms for developing students' creative competence within the higher education system, with a particular focus on improving the teaching methodology for the "Power Supply" discipline through the use of educational software. It also analyzes the potential of interactive platforms, virtual laboratories, simulation programs, and digital pedagogical technologies that foster the development of creative thinking. Furthermore, the study substantiates the effectiveness of project-based learning, problem-solving scenarios, and modeling methods in shaping students' creative competence.
