The article presents a sociological analysis of the effectiveness of investing in human capital as an innovative approach to poverty reduction and the modernization of the social protection system. The author examines the automation of processes for identifying vulnerable groups and distributing financial assistance. Special attention is paid to mechanisms for minimizing the human factor and corruption risks by excluding officials from the decision-making process.
