This article analyzes the role of civil society institutions in ensuring the effectiveness of reforms implemented in Uzbekistan, as well as their significance in ensuring public oversight, social partnership, openness, and accountability. Furthermore, current legislation is examined, and proposals aimed at enhancing the participation of civil society institutions are put forward.
