Annotatsiya

This article examines the transition to a market economy and the specific features of this process, as well as the special role of competition legislation. Particular attention is paid to international experience and the role of the state in the formation of market relations and interaction among participants in the market economy. The development and regulation of competition law within market relations are also specifically addressed. In addition, the article provides an analytical review of the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-6019 dated July 6, 2020.
