This article examines the influence of international organizations on the formation and development of modern public international law. It analyzes the historical stages of the institutionalization of international cooperation, the specific impact of universal and regional international organizations on the creation of international legal norms, and the role of international judicial bodies in the development of the international legal order. Particular attention is paid to the activities of the United Nations as the central institution of the modern system of international law. The authors conclude that international organizations act not only as subjects of public international law but also as independent law-making centers that exert a significant influence on the evolution of the international legal system.
