This article examines the main causes of juvenile delinquency and the social, economic, and psychological conditions that enable it. Additionally, the opinions of national and international scholars on the causes of juvenile delinquency and the conditions that facilitate it have been analyzed. The author has reached scientific and theoretical conclusions on the formation of effective mechanisms aimed at preventing this type of offense.
