This article highlights the role and significance of pedagogical collaboration in the formation and development of methodological competencies among future primary school teachers. Drawing on the experiences of Germany, Finland, South Korea, and the United States, the paper analyzes various forms of pedagogical collaboration, mechanisms of methodological support, and the effectiveness of integrating practice into teacher education. Furthermore, the distinctive features of foreign experiences are examined from the perspective of their adaptability to Uzbekistan’s educational system. The article also presents innovative approaches, effective models based on mentoring systems and reflective practices that contribute to the enhancement of methodological competencies.
