В данной работе проанализированы методологические основы разработки и верификации психодиагностического инструментария в контексте современных технологических преобразований. Оценено определяющее влияние социокультурного контекста на точность адаптации диагностического инструментария. Охарактеризованы ключевые параметры конструктивной, эмпирической и прогностической валидности, при этом установлено значение иерархической упорядоченности элементов теста для достижения высокой репрезентативности. На основе сравнительного анализа предложены критерии выбора методов корреляционного анализа (коэффициентов Пирсона и Спирмена) в зависимости от объема выборки. Обоснована необходимость длительной апробации методик в реальных условиях деятельности для верификации их психометрической ценности. Выявлены поведенческие и результативные показатели, позволяющие объективно измерить диагностируемые качества личности.
