It examines the distinctive features of service in internal affairs bodies and its fundamental principles. The article also explores the impact of theories such as "Community Policing", the "Broken Windows Theory", Bureaucratic Management, "Democratic Policing", professional ethics, "Lotus", and "New Public Management", as well as the "mahallabay" (neighborhood-based) system of work, on service within internal affairs bodies.
