This article explores modern foreign models of online dispute resolution (ODR) through the examples of Singapore, the People’s Republic of China, and the United Arab Emirates, along with the specific features of their legal regulation and practical application. The primary objective of the study is to analyze international experience in implementing ODR and to determine the prospects for its development in the Republic of Uzbekistan within the framework of the “Digital Uzbekistan–2030” Strategy. The article addresses issues of online arbitration, digital evidence, and virtual hearings, as well as the use of artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies in dispute resolution. Particular attention is paid to the correlation between modern technological capabilities and existing norms of procedural law. Based on the comparative legal analysis conducted, it is concluded that further modernization of Uzbekistan’s legislation and the development of a national ODR system are necessary, taking foreign experience into account.
