This article examines the issue of mobilizing professional competencies among students studying in medical technical schools. As the role of mid-level medical personnel in the modern healthcare system continues to grow, improving their professional training is becoming increasingly important. The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of optimizing the processes of developing and mobilizing professional competencies. It also proposes ways to effectively organize this process through the use of innovative educational technologies.
