This work presents a comprehensive methodology for organising clinical practice for vocational education students based on a competence-mobilisation technology. The study’s relevance is grounded in the need to improve practical training amid rapid change in healthcare and education. The methodology integrates pedagogical approaches designed to develop students’ capacity to apply acquired knowledge and skills effectively in real clinical settings. The competence-mobilisation technology functions as an integrative framework that activates and synthesises different components of professional competence while students solve practical tasks. The paper describes principles for organising clinical practice, implementation stages, effectiveness criteria, and recommendations for adapting the approach across healthcare-focused vocational programmes.
