The article provides a criminological analysis of the causes of female criminality and the conditions conducive to its commission. The author examines the theoretical and legal content of the concepts of crime determination, the causes of female criminality, and the conditions facilitating its occurrence, based on the scholarly views of researchers as well as the provisions of current legislation. As a result of the study, the author proposes an original approach to classifying the causes of female criminality into separate groups. It is emphasized that such an approach may contribute to the development of more targeted and effective preventive measures aimed at preventing female criminality.
