The study examines the regulation of physical culture and sport in Uzbekistan, with particular emphasis on the growing role of families in sports-related legal relations. It argues for a broader integration of sport into social policy by employing formal-legal, comparative-legal, and systemic methodologies to analyze the interaction among sports, family, tax, and budgetary legislation. The findings are intended to inform improvements in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in state sports policy in accordance with international standards.
