Annotatsiya

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the prevention of human rights violations during anti-corruption activities based on historical legal concepts, international norms, and modern legal mechanisms. It compares insights from the Avesta, Roman law, Islamic jurisprudence, Enlightenment philosophers, and contemporary democratic practice. The roots of corruption are examined, and a strategy for its eradication is developed. The study concludes that effective anti-corruption policy requires strict adherence to legality, transparency, proportionality, independent judicial oversight, and the integration of historical lessons.
