The modern educational landscape necessitates a fundamental paradigm shift in primary schooling, driven by the rapid integration of innovative pedagogical technologies. This article provides a comprehensive comparative analysis of the implementation of these technologies within the primary education systems of Uzbekistan and various foreign countries. The research explores the distinct methodological approaches, digital tools, and interactive strategies employed to enhance the quality of teaching and learning for young students. By examining international benchmarks and contrasting them with the current reforms in Uzbekistan’s national curriculum, the study identifies both the commonalities in global educational trends and the unique challenges faced by local educators. Furthermore, the analysis highlights the impact of these innovations on student engagement, critical thinking development, and digital literacy. The findings suggest that while Uzbekistan has made significant strides in modernising its primary education through state-led initiatives, incorporating specific elements of international best practices—such as project-based learning and adaptive assessment technologies—could further accelerate the effectiveness of the teaching process. This comparative perspective serves as a basis for developing recommendations aimed at refining pedagogical frameworks and fostering a more competitive educational environment in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
