The article analyzes the improvement of deputy directors' activities in educational organizations based on an axiological approach. This approach allows the management process to be interpreted not merely as an organizational-technological activity, but as a harmony of values, goals, relationships, and responsibility. The research substantiates that the academic, pedagogical, and spiritual-enlightenment activities of deputy directors are intrinsically linked to educational quality, the team climate, and the institutional culture. The article identifies the targeted, diagnostic, communicative, organizational, and reflexive components of the axiological management mechanism, illuminating their interconnectedness. Furthermore, using the example of deputy directors, it presents scholarly conclusions on developing value-based management decisions, strengthening collaboration with the pedagogical team, enriching monitoring with humanistic criteria, and fostering trust and responsibility within the educational environment.
